Confession Wednesday

Not taking myself too seriously is part of what makes the pursuit of excellence remotely bearable. In honor of that idea, I thought I would institute confession Wednesday. Every, Wednesday I will tell the world my short comings for the week just to keep myself

She tries hard to be like Molly

So there I was sitting in my therapists office (of course I need a therapist have you read my other entries?!!) and she asked me a question, she said, “Who do you admire? Who would you most like to be?” I said, “Molly Mormon of

She can teach her children

So, I got a call from a dear friend yesterday, who finally got her child into Challenger (a private preschool) about six months ago. She was besides herself. Apparently after 6 months of high tuition and all day preschool her daughter is not ready for

She knows her Economy

So there you are in church and you lay your baby’s blanket down during Relief Society, add some toys and hope you might get the gist of the lesson before baby’s attention span runs out, when out of the blue comes another baby from across the

She Knows State Standards

If you volunteer enough in your child’s classroom you will have a general idea of what your child needs to know especially if your child’s teacher is kind enough to point out each standard as you are working on it. If not you are left

She gets by with a little help from DIY

There are two reasons to have cable  for any one chasing Molly. One is the DIY Network, and the other is HGTV. (Deserving Design is my daughter’s very favorite show. ) She loves the designs they come up with and her heart is warmed at the
