Conference Gathering Food

We tried to make the food as authentic as possible for the times. We had a light breakfast of yogurt, nuts, figs, grapes, cheese, strawberries, and granola bars. Later we enjoyed a dinner of salmon and rice. We thought  about making fish shaped fish-sticks, or fish patties but we are big salmon fans and just ended up serving that. We served our meal on paper plates in basket plate holders. We also used wooden bowls and baskets to display the food. We used a green table cloth, wooden place mats etc. for added decor. The tree was made of painted, sealing foam and some silk leaves. A friend made it for my sons room and we just brought it in for the event.
