Conference Gathering Decor
It is amazing what a person can do with clothes pins, rope safety pins and some fabric. We tied rope in two places accross the walls and draped the fabric (purchased at DI) over them. It is a fun game that the children will really enjoy doing. Let the children go crazy planning and building their family tent. Add some pillows, a low table and as much natural looking items to give it an authentic feel. We went shopping at DI and picked up some baskets, wooden bowls and paper plate holders for the meal.

What did you do with your normal living room furniture?

Thank you for your comment. The room we used doesn’t have very much furniture, but the furniture that we do have in the room was put behind the tent. The children can also use the furniture as a base for the tent. Good Luck and Happy Conference Weekend!
