Introducing FHE Weekly
In celebration of my new calling to the Gospel Principals Class, (I’m the new teacher. So excited!) I would like to begin a new section dedicated to the lessons in the Gospel Principals Manual for families and Family Home Evening. Each post will include ideas for different age groups and links to stories, activities, music and treat ideas to be printed out, used for family home evening or lessons and then stored in a binder with the manual for future use. To print out a copy of the Gospel Principals FHE Binder, Cover, and dividers Click Here. So, all you need to do is print out the cover dividers and tabs, cut out tabs, paste them onto the dividers add them all to your binder and join me each Sunday for links to lesson supplements from the church magazines, favorite recipes, games and more to fill your notebook. By the end of the year you should have additional resources to teach your children the very basics of the gospel and you can add more as you go, until it is a heirloom resource for generations to enjoy.

Kandi, you are right these would make perfect Christmas gifts! The new Duty to God focuses on the YM learning some of these basic gospel principles and sharing them with others as part of the requirements for the program. And what better way to prepare our children for life than to teach them the very basics of the gospel. It is fun to hear from someone who is as excited as I am about it. For all the lessons click on the tab on the right side called FHE Weekly, click here for the link and if you want just the lessons that includes the recipes click here. . I really want to add some finger plays for tiny children and some handouts for classroom study but have been so swamped lately. Hopefully, some day soon.
