She Loves to Take a Walk
So, after my babies were born, I tried all kinds of things to lose the baby weight. Then my friend showed me a wonderful new piece of workout equipment, the Jogger. My children didn’t like it at first. So I learned a few things to make our walks more easier. I added snacks, toy binoculars, I even brought along with me a cassette player and played stories and music as we walked. We walked on an average 45 min. to an hour. Sure it kept me in my skinny jeans but, there is no beating the stress release, and the many new ideas I would get while I walked. I get there are times when walking outside isn’t going to work due to weather. For those days I love Leslie Sansone’s walking DVDS. Walking you can do at home without a treadmill. Tonight my daughter is 10 and we took my 3 mile walk together laughing at our inside jokes, and chatting about getting older. She is such good company and it is a time we still enjoy together still to this day.
