A Place For Each Year

Here is another example of how I get by with a little help from my friends. One of my friends has an expandable file system for each of her children. Each slot expands to up to an inch and can hold not only photos but precious mementos from the year. She selects all kind of things that she wants to keep and has a slot for each year. by the time they are twelve, each child has one file containing all their precious memories and can begin doing it for themselves or scrapbook from their files. There are the plastic ones and the cardboard ones. The cardboard ones are easier to decorate but you can put a page with tabs in either one summarizing the year in each slot.  Fun Idea that takes little storage space and still keeps things organized if you do have a minute to scrapbook.
