After I had my first baby, my mother came for a visit and she said that a new mom usually\u00a0has about an hour a day where she can choose what she wants to do. And she recommended that I choose wisely. My choices were: Shower, Sleep, Eat, Clean, Exercise, or Cry. My new baby is 3 months old and I usually pick sleep. My name is Bianca, I have a new baby, and while my baby is beautiful, clean and well fed, my house is a mess, I haven’t eaten in days (or at least it feels that way), I’m 50 pounds overweight, I currently have a belly flap and a muffin top, (mmmmmm… muffins), and I’m starting to smell funny because when given the choice between all these things, I choose sleep.
